Design: Charting the Actions 081309
"Action Plan Implementation Review" provides the Iowa Support Team Members with a tool to document their follow-up on
implementation. It would be a tool also helpful to a building's/district's leadership team as they monitor the implementation
of their action plan.
The tool, "Charting the Actions," is a GANNT chart, which allows the school/district to easily see when the actions and
activities identified in their action plan are being addressed.
